SECTION II. DUTIES OF THE STAFF
The commander should not be troubled with details. To insure frictionless
performances, there are definite assignments to staff positions and duties. Each
staff maintains its prescribed strength. The tactical staff remains with the
command echelon, whereas the supply and administration staff remains well to
the rear, in the vicinity of the trains.
